Mea44 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mea44 platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the mea44 platform via the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the mea44 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of mea44. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by anyone who does not meet this age requirement is strictly prohibited. mea44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
To make full use of mea44's services, you will need to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the mea44 support team immediately at [email protected].
Permitted and Prohibited Use
Users may use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, system manipulation, or actions that disrupt the experience of other users. The use of bots, automation software, or any technical means to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
Mea44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law or these terms of use, without prior notice.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
Currency and Transaction Methods
All transactions on the mea44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX (local internet banking), Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, and domestic bank transfers. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at the discretion of management.
Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits. Users must ensure that the registered bank account name matches the registered username to avoid delays in transaction processing. mea44 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.
Withdrawal and Bonus Terms
Withdrawals from your account are subject to completion of the identity verification (KYC) process. Any bonuses or credits received are subject to the specified rollover requirements and may only be withdrawn once those requirements have been fully met.
Mea44 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or in violation of bonus terms. In such cases, management will conduct a thorough investigation before any final decision is made.
4. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitations
Mea44 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. mea44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that any losses incurred are entirely the user's own responsibility. mea44 does not guarantee any winnings or return on investment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mea44 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of mea44 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from management.
Third-Party Links
The mea44 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. The presence of such links does not imply that mea44 endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. 5. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Mea44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or taken any action that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Upon account closure, any legitimate remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned after the investigation is complete, subject to the conditions set out.
Right to Amend Terms
Mea44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mea44 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal proceedings related to the use of this platform.
